About Me

A warm, human approach to ADHD.

I'm a trainee person-centred therapist with lived experience of ADHD, and a professional background in children's mental health, ADHD assessment, SEN, youth work, community work, addiction support, and family wellbeing.

My approach is warm, practical, compassionate and person-centred — helping people better understand how their brain works and find strategies that support daily life.

I work with individuals and families living with ADHD, suspected ADHD, and the emotional or practical challenges that come with it.

How we work

You know your path. We help you walk it.

ADHD Pathways offers bespoke packages of training and support, using a therapeutic approach. Your pathway is agreed between you and Ryan as your coordinator — it's your path, and our job is to help you find a way along it, not to make it for you.
