This is the standard working agreement between Ryan (as your ADHD Pathways coordinator) and you. A signed copy is completed before your first paid session.

Data controller: Ryan Kilbride, trading as ADHD Pathways (a self-employed sole trader based in Burnley, Lancashire). Contact: hello@adhdpathways.org.
Sessions are usually 50 minutes, in person or online. We agree the focus of your work together — sleep, routine, emotional regulation, relationships, finances, strengths, or another area you'd like support with.
Fees are agreed in writing before your first session. New clients pay a deposit to secure their first appointment. Block bookings are paid in advance.
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment. See our full Cancellation Policy.
Contact between sessions is for practical arrangements only (booking, rescheduling). Ryan is not available for crisis or out-of-hours support — see the routes listed in our Terms of Use.
Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree in writing beforehand.
Ryan keeps brief notes after each session (focus, what we explored, agreed actions, any risk). Handwritten notes are typed up promptly and paper originals disposed of securely. You have the right to see notes about you at any time.
Either of us can end the working relationship at any time. Where possible, we'll agree a final session to close the work well.
Where a client is under 18, a parent or guardian signs this agreement on their behalf and provides consent to work. Emergency contact and GP details are collected. Confidentiality still applies, subject to the safeguarding limits set out in our Confidentiality Policy.
See our Complaints Procedure.
