Three areas: ADHD support and life skills, help with overwhelm and confidence, and parent and family support.
Yes. Parent and family sessions look at how ADHD shows up at home — routines, transitions, emotional moments and school stress — and explore approaches that may help ease daily friction.
No. Assessment, diagnosis and medication sit outside what ADHD Pathways offers, and aren't something Ryan is able to advise on. Sessions are person-centred support for daily life, led by what matters to you.
In-person sessions run in Burnley and Padiham. Online sessions may be possible depending on where you live — mention it when you register your interest and Ryan will let you know.
