Cancellation Policy

We know life happens — especially with ADHD. This policy keeps things fair for both you and Ryan's diary.

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Data controller: Ryan Kilbride, trading as ADHD Pathways (a self-employed sole trader based in Burnley, Lancashire). Contact: hello@adhdpathways.org.

1. 48-hour notice

Please give at least 48 hours' notice when you need to cancel or move an appointment. This gives Ryan a chance to offer the slot to someone else.

2. New clients — deposit

New clients pay a deposit when booking their first session. If the first appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is not refunded. With 48+ hours' notice we'll happily move the deposit to a new date.

3. Existing clients & block bookings

If you're on a block booking, appointments can be moved (subject to availability) provided you give 48 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled inside 48 hours count as a used session from the block.

4. Missed appointments

If three or more consecutive appointments are missed or cancelled inside 48 hours, we'll pause your bookings and have a conversation about whether the timing or approach is right for you.

5. If Ryan needs to cancel

On the rare occasions Ryan has to cancel, we'll rearrange as soon as possible. Block-booked sessions cancelled by Ryan don't count towards your total.
